Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for mid to senior-level roles.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand talent needs and build strong pipelines.
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.
- Manage candidate relationships and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
- Analyze and improve talent acquisition processes to meet hiring goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- 4-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
- Strong understanding of modern recruitment tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
- A passion for talent acquisition and a proactive approach to solving recruitment challenges.
