Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily IT-related queries from end users.
- Complete tasks independently as assigned by senior team members.
- Show a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Monitor core devices (servers, switches, and routers) daily.
- Perform preventative maintenance on network devices (desktop systems, switches).
- Install and configure CCTV devices.
- Provide daily technical issue reports to the manager.
