Job Overview
We are seeking a Account Officer to manage and develop relationships with our major clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, growing key accounts with company goals.

Key Responsibilities
Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns.
Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell and expand services or product offerings to key clients.
Client Retention: Foster strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies tailored to client needs.
Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on client interactions, sales performance, and account growth for management review.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounts or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably within the food or FMCG industry.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred
Experience managing high-value accounts in a corporate environment.
Salary
