Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify potential business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the firm and establish connections.
- Prepare and present proposals and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the firm’s services and value proposition.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets and expand the firm’s client base.
- Monitor and report on business development activities, analyzing results to optimize strategies and approaches
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the accounting or professional services sector.
- Strong understanding of accounting services and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
