Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the firm and establish connections.
  • Prepare and present proposals and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the firm’s services and value proposition.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets and expand the firm’s client base.
  • Monitor and report on business development activities, analyzing results to optimize strategies and approaches

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the accounting or professional services sector.
  • Strong understanding of accounting services and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualification: 

B.Com/ MBA Marketing
