Accounts Executives

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily cash transactions, ensuring accurate records and timely reconciliation of accounts.
• Keep detailed, up-to-date financial documentation for all transactions.
• Monitor and document all company expenses and revenues to support financial planning.
• Provide support during financial audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Prepare financial reports on cash flow and account balances for management review.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure all financial records align with business operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software (experience with ERP systems is a plus)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
