What You’ll Do:
- Lead a dedicated team of 3 HR personnel
- Oversee a major HR initiative, adding value to our HR department
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, performance modules, and policy implementation
Requirements:
- 3+ years of corporate experience in HR, ideally in IT
- Expertise in recruitment, policy development, and performance management
Timings:
1 PM – 10 PM
