Position Summary

The HR Manager will lead and support HR initiatives to create a positive, productive, and engaging workplace culture. This role includes overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training and development. The HR Manager will work closely with department heads to align HR strategies with organizational goals, supporting both employee satisfaction and the company’s overall growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on employee
    relations, recruitment, and HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems, MS Office Suite, Google Docs, and other HR
    tools.

Skills Required:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to
    influence and build trust.
  • High emotional intelligence and a strong sense of empathy.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and Initiative. Ability to lead from the front.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to solving HR challenges.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Location:

Naval Anchorage, Islamabad

Position Budget:

200,000 to 300,000 PKR
