Position Summary
The HR Manager will lead and support HR initiatives to create a positive, productive, and engaging workplace culture. This role includes overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training and development. The HR Manager will work closely with department heads to align HR strategies with organizational goals, supporting both employee satisfaction and the company’s overall growth.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on employee
relations, recruitment, and HR operations. - Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficient in HRIS systems, MS Office Suite, Google Docs, and other HR
tools.
