Sefam Pvt Ltd is looking for an IT Support Executive for our Head Office.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to user inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve a wide range of technical issues, including hardware, software, and network problems.
- Provide guidance and assistance to users on IT policies and procedures.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software, including (Retail Pro)
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
- Provide technical support for CRM systems (Retail Pro).
- Troubleshoot CRM-related issues and resolve user problems.
- Assist in data migration, system upgrades, and customizations
Assist users with account creation, password resets, and other account-related issues.
- Provide training and documentation to users on IT systems and software, including CRM systems.
- Log and track IT incidents and service requests.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams as necessary.
Candidates with Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field & 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role, preferably with experience in using CRM software (Retail Pro or Candela) are encouraged to apply.
