Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Accounts Officer with 2-3 years of experience to support day-to-day financial operations and maintain accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and perform month-end closings.
- Support tax calculations, filings, and audits.
- Collaborate with internal departments for expense tracking.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
