Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Address employee relations issues and resolve workplace conflicts.
- Coordinate training programs to enhance employee performance.
- Support the performance evaluation and appraisal procedures.
- Manage HR records and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Generate HR reports and contribute to workforce planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field.
- 3-5 years of HR experience (preference for insurance or finance sector).
