HZA SYD is a leading technology company specializing in tech products. We are seeking an experienced Digital Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong background in digital sales.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Digital Sales Coordinator with 5+ years of experience to support our digital sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating digital sales activities, managing sales data, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

– Coordinate digital sales activities, including email marketing campaigns, social media, and lead generation, with a focus on eBay, Amazon, or other digital platforms.
– Manage sales data, including CRM management, sales reporting, and data analysis.
– Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve digital sales strategies.
– Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently delivering high-quality results.

Requirements:

– 5+ years of experience in digital sales or a related field.
– Proven track record of success in digital sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
– Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
– Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.

Nice to Have:

– Experience with email marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo or Pardot.
– Knowledge of digital marketing principles, including SEO, paid advertising, and social media marketing.
– Certification in digital sales or marketing, such as HubSpot Inbound Sales or Google Analytics.
