Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate and represent the brand ethos to guests and internal teams.
- Greet and assist guests, ensuring a friendly check-in and overall positive experience.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to maintain service standards.
- Train staff on guest interactions and service excellence.
- Monitor guest feedback through surveys and direct interactions.
- Support promotional events and resolve guest issues from call centres or online platforms.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years in customer service or guest relations, preferably in hospitality or food service.
- Proven experience in handling guest feedback and resolving complaints in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with customer feedback systems and point-of-sale platforms is a plus.
- Fluency in spoken English, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
