HR professional

We are seeking a dynamic HR professional to become part of our team. (Lahore, Gulberg III)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Address employee relations issues and resolve workplace conflicts.
  • Coordinate training programs to enhance employee performance.
  • Support the performance evaluation and appraisal procedures.
  • Manage HR records and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Generate HR reports and contribute to workforce planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of HR experience (preference for insurance or finance sector).
