Assistant to CEO

Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with exceptional administrative and communication skills? Sigma Distributors is searching for a dedicated Assistant to CEO to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage and organize the CEO’s calendar and schedule.
  • Ensure timely execution of administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Handle petty cash reimbursements and manage personal/office expenses.
  • Oversee daily office operations.
  • Complete additional tasks assigned by the CEO.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 3+ years in administrative or executive support roles
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Valid driving license
  • Previous experience in a similar capacity preferred
