Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage and organize the CEO’s calendar and schedule.
- Ensure timely execution of administrative tasks.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Handle petty cash reimbursements and manage personal/office expenses.
- Oversee daily office operations.
- Complete additional tasks assigned by the CEO.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 3+ years in administrative or executive support roles
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Valid driving license
- Previous experience in a similar capacity preferred
