Customer Service Agent

We are seeking a dedicated “Customer Service Agent” to join our team at NOW Software, a leading telecom/ IT company. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with service-related inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide clear, accurate information on products and services.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude with every customer interaction.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • High proficiency in English Communication.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software

Location:

Islamabad, ISE Tower Blue Area.

1-3 Years
