We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Support Specialist to assist frontline staff at our kiosks and efficiently manage digital leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide backend support to CS staff for handling bookings and customer inquiries.
- Process and manage digital leads for airline tickets, Umrah packages, international tours, visas, and hotel bookings.
- Coordinate with internal departments (ticketing, tours, visas) to ensure timely service delivery.
- Accurately record and track all bookings, payments, and queries using our MAS Booking portal and CRM system.
- Assist with customer follow-ups to enhance satisfaction and conversions.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of airlines, Umrah, tours, visas, and hotel bookings.
- Previous experience in a sales support or travel operations role is preferred.
- Proficiency in managing booking systems and CRM tools.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with frontline staff and backend teams.
