Job Descriptions:
- Oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Develop and implement production schedules, meeting targets.
- Troubleshoot polymer processing issues (e.g. extrusion).
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance for equipment upkeep and minimize downtime.
- Maintain production records and prepare reports.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Polymer Engineering or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in polymer/plastics manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of polymer processing and production planning.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
