Job Summary: 

We are seeking a talented and adaptable Mid-Level Designer to join our dynamic team at SandLab, a leading software house. The ideal candidate will possess a strong design background, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a keen understanding of how design influences business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with managers, developers, and other designers to create innovative design solutions for software applications and platforms.
• Develop user-centered designs that align with client goals, enhancing user experience and customer engagement.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for various projects, ensuring they meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and iterate on designs based on real-world needs and feedback.
• Adapt quickly to changing project requirements and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high-quality design standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and outputs.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather constructive feedback to refine and enhance designs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a design role, preferably within a software or tech-focused environment.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles, with the ability to apply them in real-world scenarios.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet while managing multiple projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• A robust portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and demonstrating your impact on business goals and user engagement.
