Control Room Officer

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Control Room Officer at Yaldram Security Services in Islāmābād, Pakistan. The Control Room Officer will be responsible for monitoring security systems, responding to alarms, communicating with security personnel, and coordinating emergency responses. Additionally, the Officer will maintain accurate logs and reports related to security incidents.

Qualifications:

• Experience in monitoring security systems and responding to alarms
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with security personnel
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
• Proficiency in security protocols and procedures
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining logs and reports
• Knowledge of CCTV systems and access control systems is a plus
• Previous experience in a security-related role is beneficial
