Job Summary:
Assistant Manager Human Resource supports the HR department in managing human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance. Reporting to the HR Manager, this role involves assisting with HR programs and initiatives to support organizational goals and objectives.
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in human resources or related areas.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office applications, and HR software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in the agriculture or agribusiness sector is advantageous.
