Key Responsiblities:
- Monitor stock levels and ensure that inventory is well-maintained.
- Coordinate with the warehouse in-charge to manage incoming and outgoing stock effectively.
- Oversee customer orders and ensure they are processed and fulfilled on time.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues related to orders or products.
- Lead and manage the operations team to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
- Ensure team punctuality and adherence to the work schedule.
- Report operational challenges and implement process improvements where necessary to increase efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in publishing or related industries.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
