Main Responsiblities:
- Be the customer’s Technology Strategy Trusted Advisor.
- Ensures Selling Strategy aligns to the Technology Strategy and meets customers’ needs.
- Accelerate customer’s transition to the new product/s by ensuring their infrastructure is ready and the strategic technology plan supports a smooth transition.
- Clear any technical blockers identified.
- Drive the successful product deployment & adoption.
- Provides pre-sales technical solution to customers.
- Provides product knowledge and technical support to channel partners and channel team member.
- Provide pricing (involve costing with freight cost) to sales team to create win- win situation for sales team.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in presales of multivendor solutions including but not limited to servers, storages, networks, firewalls etc.
- Certifications in the above areas is a plus.
- Experience in interacting with end users, top executives and managers
- Knowledge of competitors solutions/portfolio.
- Experience in working with large scale projects and ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/CS
