What You Will Do:
- Lead all people operations, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR policy development
- Drive talent acquisition efforts, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding new team members
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, productivity, and retention
- Develop and execute talent development programs to upskill our workforce and support career growth
- Manage employee benefits and perks, ensuring our offerings remain competitive and valuable to our team
- Foster a positive company culture that embodies Adcelerate360 values and mission
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on people-related matters and organizational development
- Implement HR technologies and analytics to improve efficiency and decision-making
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong knowledge of Pakistani labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems
- Ability to work in a dynamic, high-growth environment
