Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit required documents to issuing banks, ensuring compliance with the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations and trade policies.
- Facilitate the issuance and amendment of LC based on trade agreements and contractual terms.
- Act as a liaison between the company, supplier, and bank to process LC applications and amendments smoothly.
- Resolve issues related to LC terms, discrepancies in documentation, or delays in shipment.
- Maintain updated records of all LC transactions for audits and management reporting.
- Oversee daily banking transactions, including fund transfers, payment processing, and account reconciliation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Negotiate favorable terms for facilities such as guarantees, and LC charges.
- Collaborate with banks to manage cash flow and ensure availability of funds for operational needs.
- Prepare regular reports on bank account balances, fees, and performance of banking facilities.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of bank statements with company records.

Qualification:
ACCA / MBA Finance / CA Inter
Experience:
2-3 Years of relevant experience (Pharma is preferable.)
