Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Communicate effectively in English to address customer concerns and provide accurate information about our products/services.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes and resolve escalations.
Qualifications:
- Mandatory: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with customer service software/tools is an advantage.
