Customer Service Representative

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lahore. Excellent English communication skills are a must for this role, as you will be interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, solution-oriented, and committed to providing top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communicate effectively in English to address customer concerns and provide accurate information about our products/services.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes and resolve escalations.

Qualifications:

  • Mandatory: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Familiarity with customer service software/tools is an advantage.
